Author Hosts Virtual Discussion on ADHD in Women and Offers Advice on How to Stay Focused
On October 22, author Terry Matlen (The Queen of Distraction: How Women with ADHD Can Conquer Chaos, Find Focus, and Get More Done) discussed the female side of the disorder and offered women with ADHD—even those who suspect they might have it—real tips to stay focused and get organized. In conjunction with her publisher New Harbinger Publications and ADD.org, Terry promoted the event to a target audience. Thanks to Shindig, she received hundreds of RSVPs and a high attendance percentage.
Throughout the event, guests were given the opportunity to speak with Terry, submit questions and ask for advice on various topics ranging from diagnosis to medication.
