EnsembleIQ, a prestigious events organizer, required a pivot to virtual for its robust in person events business. They turned to Shindig to enable some 50 clients including General Mills and Pepsi to do hundreds of events virtually from multiday, mulit session conferences to galas, awards shows, trade shows and more.

Objective
Produce over 200 events per year for multiple brands with high expectations on a virtual event platform that creates unique experiences allowing attendees to network, ask questions, participate and communicate in face-to-face and replicate the in-person flow of other events.
Strategy
Use Shindig's easy to learn platform to train production teams quickly and create dynamic large 3 day conferences, as well as awards shows, town halls, workshops, cocktail hours, mix-and-mingles, celebrity Q&As, panel discussions and stage all the internal strategy meetings. Event attendees could seemlessly navigate from session to session, stop and network spontaniously in private video chats or smaller groups, and ask questions onstage with admins checking individual connections in a private chat without disrupting the main presentation before easily bringing the questioner to the stage.
Results
EIQ continues to leverage Shindig's unique virtual events experience receiving accolades from sponsors, speakers, attendees, vendors and partners cheering the unique and engaging format and value received.
