The entrepreneurship mentor program held at MIT, University of Pennsylvania, and Northwestern hosts a series of interactive workshops on Shindig.
Objective
Launch X, the entrepreneurship mentor program for high school students held at MIT, University of Pennsylvania, and Northwestern University is hosting a series of interactive workshops to help their students gain knowledge of the essential concepts in leadership across education, finance, and marketing.
Strategy
Each week students meet on the Shindig platform to talk face-to-face with their mentors asking video chat and text chat questions on how to be successful in their program and facilitate their entrepreneurial community. Students also form self-initiated video group chats with each other to discuss their progress and explore what is needed to meet their next milestone.
Results
Shindig is providing these students an easy way to interact online with their mentors and each other just as they would in a physical setting. The weekly sessions are enabling the Launch X students to apply theoretical concepts into practical situations across their academic and personal lives.
