Content
Peter Rosenberg & friends host a Post-RAW Interactive Q&A with fans.
Objective
Famed Wrestling Podcasters Peter Rosenberg and David Shoemakers sought to up their game and deepen audience engagement with a fully interactive experience aimed at opening new revenue streams, connecting with superfans in a more meaningful way, and creating fresh repurposable video and audio content without time draining and costly production that had no direct revenue source.
Strategy
Using Shindig, Peter and David scheduled an interactive video chat Q&A session to happen minutes after Monday Night Raw finished airing on the USA network knowing that engagement with fans was at its highest throughout the duration of the 3 hour show on the duos social accounts. With just a few live commentary tweets Peter was able to promote and excite his audience of hundreds of thousands and sell tickets to a completely new experience.
Results
Peter and David were able to, with minimal outreach, successfully acquire participants who were itching at the chance to get the duo's fresh take by funneling the excitement surrounding Monday Night Raw into a fully interactive post show experience. Those in attendance had the opportunity to take the stage and share their thoughts, mingle and interact with other like minded wrestling fanatics, and have their questions answered by two of the premiere personalities in the industry.
